What should I bring?
If you come for a Community Session:
Towel, Robe, Slippers/Flip-Flops, Water and a Water Bottle.
If you come for a Private Session:
Slippers/Flip-Flops. (We supply: a Towel, a Robe and Filtered Water)
What is included?
Private Sessions: sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, rest areas and fire pit, hot shower, washroom and changing area
Community Sessions: sauna, cold plunge, hot shower, washroom and changing area
What are the hours
9:00am - 9:30pm every day of the week.
Private Sessions: The sessions are 100 minutes, or you can book 2 sessions together for 3 hours. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session starts.
Community Sessions: The sessions are 45 minutes.
Do I, our my group, have the spa to myself/ourselves
Yes, if you book a private sessions. When you book a private session, you have exclusive use of the spa. Community Sessions are shared with up to 3 other people.
What is included
Private Session:
A Cedar Barrel Sauna (fits 4 comfortably). Cedar Cold plunge. (4 - 7 degrees for maximum health benefits), Hot Tub, Hammocks, chairs and fire pit in Rest Area, Hot Shower, Changing Room and Washroom. One of Canada's rarest old-growth forests.
Community Session:

Is there an age limit?
You have to be 16 years of age or older to use the Spa.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy. You may cancel your booking and receive a refund (minus a 20% processing fee) for up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, no refund will be provided. If you want to re-schedule an appointment, you can do so as long as you give us a 48 hour notice.
Are we open when it's raining
Yes. The forest can be even more captivating when it rains.
Are there any restrictions for people on medication or suffering from health issues, or those who are pregnant?
Thermal therapy may present risks for people suffering from angina, heart or respiratory problems, diabetes, hyper- or hypotension, especially when the conditions are viewed as serious and/or uncontrolled.

Once I book a session, what can I expect
We are a private Thermal Spa in a rural area. The Thermal Circuit is contained within one space, so once you are in your Circuit, it is completely private. Guests can enjoy the spa in a stunning forest environment with the sights and sounds of nature. You'll get an email confirmation.
Where do I park?
There is free parking onsite.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Private Sessions: You can bring your own food and drink.
Community Sessions: please do not bring food.
Please arrive sober and hydrated. Consuming alcohol during a session may counteract the benefits of hot & cold therapy. We know that a Circuit session can make you really hungry, so if you like, you’re more than welcome to bring a snack /picnic. Please do not bring glass products. We supply plastic glasses. Please do not eat in the sauna, hot tub nor the cold plunge.

Well-Behaved Dogs Allowed in Private Sessions
Private Sessions: Please tie them to a post. Do not let them roam.
Community Sessions: No pets allowed.
