Cancellation Policy
All booking refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Bookings made within 48 hours of an appointment do not receive a refund.
If you cancel 7 days before your appointment, you can get a refund (minus a 15% processing fee) or reschedule for appointment at no cost.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you can reschedule for appointment at no cost, but you will not receive a refund.

If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, you will not receive a refund nor will you be able to reschedule.
